摘 要:为了研制全工况运行的高效磁悬浮冷水机组,通过理论计算分析,在名义工况下(压比约2.6),设置闪发筒补气较不设闪蒸发筒补气,制冷量和COP分别提升13%和10%。在样机中闪发筒至压缩机补气口设置阀门,试验结果表明,当压比>1.9时,开启经济器补气比不开启经济器补气时,机组制冷量和COP显著提高;当压比≤1.9时,关闭经济器制冷量和COP更优;为全工况下始终保持机组高效运行,可在冷水机组补气系统中设置电动阀门,根据压比的变化,自动调节补气电动阀门开和关的状态;实测名义工况下制冷量和COP分别提升3.8%和4.8%,分析认为可适当加大补气管径和优化准一级压缩的压比ε1与准二级压缩的压比ε2之间分配,并优化气动设计。In order to develop an efficient magnetic bearing chiller operating under all operating conditions,theoretical calculations and analysis were conducted.Under nominal operating conditions(pressure ratio of about 2.6),the cooling capacity and COP with a flash tank economizer set up were increased by 13%and 10%,respectively,compared to without a flash tank economizers set up.In the prototype,a valve was set up from the flash tank to the compressor port.The experimental results show that when the pressure ratio is greater than 1.9,the refrigeration capacity and COP of the unit when the economizer gas supply is turned on are significantly increased compared to when the economizer gas supply is not turned on;When the pressure ratio is≤1.9,the cooling capacity and COP of the economizer are better when the economizer is turned off;Therefore,in order to maintain efficient operation of the unit under all operating conditions,an electric valve can be installed in the gas supply system of the chiller,and the opening and closing status of the gas supply electric valve can be automatically adjusted according to changes in pressure ratio.At the same time,under the measured nominal operating conditions,the cooling capacity and COP are increased by 3.8%and 4.8%,respectively.Analysis suggests to appropriately increase the diameter of the gas supply pipe and optimize the allocation between the pressure ratioε1 of the quasi first stage compression and pressure ratioε2 of quasi second stage compression,and optimize pneumatic design.
