摘　　要：相比于半闭环控制,全闭环控制的机床精度更高,但全闭环控制对于传感器的安装精度也有很高的要求。在实际应用中,诸多因素导致精度产生误差。本文以西门子840DSL数控系统和海德汉直线光栅尺为例,简述直线光栅尺作为第二编码器在西门子840DSL上的应用,并结合实际应用分析西门子840D数控系统螺距误差补偿的应用。Compared with semi-closed-loop control,the accuracy of machine tools with full closed-loop control is higher,but full-closed-loop control also has high requirements for the installation accuracy of sensors.In practice,many factors lead to errors in accuracy.In this paper,the application of Siemens 840DSL CNC system and Heidenhain linear encoder in Siemens 840DSL is briefly described,and the application of pitch error compensation of Siemens 840D CNC system is analyzed in combination with practical applications.
