摘　　要：小柴胡汤是《伤寒论》中治疗少阳证的基础方,原书中即有许多合方相用,经方与经方相合,是仲景组方的独特之处。吕冠华教授善于抓住核心病机,谨遵方证相应,运用小柴胡汤合方进行病证结合治疗,获得较好疗效。Xiaochaihu Decoction is the basic prescription for treating Shaoyang syndrome in Treatise on Cold Injuries.There are many combined prescriptions in the book.The combination of classical prescriptions is the unique feature of Zhongjing's prescription.Professor Lv Guanhua is good at grasping the core pathogenesis,following the principle of corresponding prescription and syndrome,and applying Xiaobupleurum Decoction to treat the disease according to the syndrome,with a remarkable curative effect.
