基于人格结构理论的高校图书馆核心价值历时性发展探究

摘  要:高校图书馆核心价值是其在历时性发展中凝练出的内在精神,为高校图书馆发展提供精神动力和方向指导。为了明确高校图书馆在高等教育高质量发展中所承担的基本使命,为高校图书馆智慧化转型指明方向,文章采用辩证分析、纵向研究等方法,从弗洛伊德人格结构理论视角出发对高校图书馆的历时性发展进行剖析,并探究了高校图书馆共时性人格结构基础上的核心价值的历时性演变,从理论层面为高校图书馆向智慧图书馆转型提供借鉴。并指出:高校图书馆的“本我”是基于其原始本能的“藏”而带来的且具有物理属性的各种“资源”;“自我”是遵循现实规范原则的“用”而形成的各种“平台”;“超我”则是从古代图书馆思想延续至智慧图书馆发展理念的“育人”,也是指导高校图书馆持续良性发展的核心价值。The core value of university library is the inner spirit condensed in the diachronic development,which provides spiritual motivation and direction guidance for the development of university library.In order to clarify the basic mission of university libraries in the high-quality development of higher education,and to point out the direction for the intelligent transformation of university libraries,this paper adopts dialectical analysis,longitudinal research methods and other methods to analyze the diachronic development of university libraries from the perspective of Freud's theory of personality structure,and explores the diachronic evolution of the core value based on the synchronic personality structure of university libraries,so as to provides reference for the transformation of university libraries to intelligent libraries from the theoretical level.This paper puts forward that the"ID"of university library is a variety of"resources"with physical properties based on the"storage"of its primitive instinct."Ego"is a variety of"platforms"formed by following the"application"of the principles of practical norms and regulations."Superego"is"educating",which extends from the ancient library thought to the development concept of inteligent library,and is also the core value guiding the sustainable and healthy development of university libraries.
