摘 要:针对小型双体救助船波浪适应能力差导致救援效率低的问题,提出一种可用于船体减震的液压互联悬架。基于双缸液压互联原理进行悬架系统的仿真分析与验证,使用AMESim平台仿真分析悬架系统的减振特性与机理;基于双缸互联试验装置,对不同幅值、不同频率的激励冲击完成互联减振试验。结果表明:液压互联悬架系统能够实现减振效果,该悬架系统垂向位移补偿能力约为45%,此外,系统加速度特性对低频冲击响应更加敏感。本文结果可为小型救助艇试验样机制作提供依据。Aiming at the problem of low rescue efficiency caused by the poor wave adaptability of small catamaran rescue craft,a hydraulic interconnected suspension used for ship vibration reduction was proposed.Based on the principle of dual-cylinder hydraulic interconnection,simulation analysis and validation of the suspension system were conducted.The AMESim platform was used to simulate and analyze the vibration reduction characteristics and mechanism of the suspension system.Based on a dual-cylinder interconnected test device,interconnected vibration reduction tests were completed for excitation shocks of different amplitudes and frequencies.Results show that the hydraulic interconnected suspension system can achieve vibration reduction effect,and the vertical displacement compensation ability of the suspension system is about 45%.In addition,the acceleration characteristics of the system are more sensitive to low-frequency impact response.The results can provide a basis for the production of small rescue boat test prototypes.
