摘 要:新医科建设要求医科院校打破学科壁垒,驱动医学与多学科深度交叉融合,提升面向各学习周期的医学英语教育教学质量。本文以西安医学院承接国家援外医疗队外语培训为例,聚焦医疗援外人才的跨文化能力培养,对援外医生满足临床执业的语言适应与文化适应等需求进行了梳理;在做好援外医生跨文化能力培养顶层设计的基础上,构建多学科融入师资体系、多学科融合课程体系和在线课程整合资源,支撑援外医生知识、文化、能力的协同培养,从而辅助援外医生顺利通过语言关、生活关与工作关,提升参与公共外交沟通能力,服务中医药文化海外传播能力。Under the background of the talent training concept of new medical education,medical colleges need to achieve the synergy of medicine and other disciplines via trans-disciplinary,crossdisciplinary and interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize the efficacy of medical English education and teaching at different stages.Taking the foreign language training practice of international medical aid doctors of China by Xi'an Medical University as an example,this paper focuses on the training of inter-cultural,cross-cultural and transcultural competence of international foreign aid doctors of China.Based on the questionnaire feedack and in-depth interview of two doctors of China Medical Team to Sudan and Malawi resepectively,together with current domestic language training for international medical aid doctors of China,the cultivation path of inter-cultural,cross-cultural and transcultural competence of international medical aid doctors of China is constructed,in accordance with the principle of trans-disciplinary,crossdisciplinary and inter-disciplinary collaboration,by the staffing of teaching team with multidisciplinary educational background,multi-disciplinary curriculum system,doctors'access to online courses resources to enable international medical aid doctors of China to be culturally,clinically and linguistically well prepared for functioning better as such three roles as medical experts,diplomats in white coat and inter-cultural,crosscultural and trans-cultural communicators,thus to facilitate language adaptation,cultural adaptation and professional adaptation upon doctors'arrival in recipient countries.Ideally,inter-cultural,crosscultural and trans-cultural competence can be defined as being competent for doctor-patient communication,academic exchanges,practicing collaborative clinical work in recipient countries,active in participating in public diplomacy,sharing real stories of Chinese and true narration of China with the world,popularizing traditional Chinese medicine culture and achieving mutual learning of
