摘 要:针对某型燃气轮机高压涡轮动叶内部交叉肋结构参数进行响应面优化设计(Box-Behnken Design, BBD),得出目标函数对交叉肋各参数的敏感性,并对参数按照敏感性进行排序,找出影响交叉肋气热的主要参数,即肋倾角β,肋宽与肋间距之比w/t和进口雷诺数Re。使用响应面分析法探寻β,w/t和Re对目标函数Nu/Nu0,f/f0和综合换热因子TPF的影响规律。研究结果表明:肋倾角β从30°变化到80°时,Nu/Nu0降低了50%、f/f0降低了45%、TPF降低了5%;Re从10 000变化到100 000时,Nu/Nu0提升了16%、f/f0增大了30%、TPF增大了40%;w/t从0.5变化到2时,Nu/Nu0提升了40%、f/f0增大了30%、TPF增大了8%。In this paper,Box-Behnken design(BBD)was carried out to optimize the structural parameters of the internal cross ribs of the high pressure turbine rotor blades of a certain gas turbine,and the sensitivity of the objective function to each parameter of the cross ribs was obtained,and the parameters were sorted according to sensitivity to find out the main parameters affecting the aerodynamics and heat transfer of the cross rib,namely rib inclination angleβ,the ratio of the rib width to the rib pitch w/t and the inlet Reynolds number Re.The response surface analysis method was used to explore the influence ofβ,w/t and Re on the objective functions Nu/Nuo,f/fo and thermal performance factor(TPF).The results show that when the rib inclination angleβchanges from 30°to 80°,Nu/Nuo decreases by 50%,f/fo decreases by 45%,and TPF decreases by 5%;when the Reynolds number Re changes from 10000 to 100000,Nu/Nuo increases by 16%,f/fo increases by 30%,and TPF increases by 40%;when w/t changes from 0.5 to 2,Nu/Nuo increases by 40%,f/fo increases by 30%,and TPF increases by 8%.
