摘  要:本研究旨在探究大豆来源的豆甾醇对运动性疲劳大鼠肠道微生物群和能量代谢的影响。运动性疲劳大鼠经由豆甾醇处理后,显示出减缓疲劳的迹象,表现为力竭时间的延长及心肌损伤指标的降低。进一步研究发现,豆甾醇可显著调整肠道微生物群平衡,降低厚壁菌门的丰度,增加拟杆菌门的丰度。此外,豆甾醇还能够上调能量代谢相关基因,如SIRT1、PGC-1α、HK2、MCT-1和NRF-1,升高糖原和Glu水平,降低LA和BUN水平,从而改善能量代谢状态,减轻运动性疲劳。此研究结果揭示了豆甾醇在运动性疲劳的预防和减轻方面具有潜在的应用价值,为其在食品和医药领域的开发提供了新的思路。This study aims to explore the impact of soy-derived stigmasterol on the gut microbiota and energy metabolism in rats with exercise-induced fatigue.Rats with exercise-induced fatigue exhibited signs of fatigue alleviation following treatment with stigmasterol,manifested by an extension of exhaustion time and a reduction in indicators of myocardial injury.Further research revealed that stigmasterol could significantly adjust the balance of gut microbiota,reducing the abundance of Firmicutes and increasing the abundance of Bacteroidetes.Moreover,stigmasterol was also able to upregulate energy metabolism-related genes,such as SIRT1,PGC-1α,HK2,MCT-1,and NRF-1,elevate glycogen and Glu levels,and reduce LA and BUN levels,thereby improving the energy metabolism status and alleviating exercise-induced fatigue.The results of this study unveil the potential application value of stigmasterol in the prevention and alleviation of exercise-induced fatigue,providing new insights for its development in the fields of food and medicine.
