摘　　要：长程视频脑电图(Video-electroencephalogram,VEEG)监测是用于癫痫诊断、癫痫分类和癫痫手术术前评估的一种有价值的工具。患者在癫痫监测单元也存在着一些诸如跌伤、发作持续状态等不良事件的风险,但对监测过程中的不良事件及处理方法缺乏统一的标准。为了提高长程视频脑电图监测质量,减少患者在监测过程中可能受到的伤害,需要对监测过程中可能出现的不良事件及应对措施进行总结。Video-electroencephalogram(VEEG)monitoring is a valuable tool for diagnosing recurrent partial epilepsy,classification of intractable epilepsy,and evaluation of epilepsy surgery.The role of video EEG in identifying and determining the type of epilepsy and determining the location of seizures has been widely demonstrated,but there is There is a lack of uniform standards for adverse events and management methods during monitoring.In order to improve the quality of long-range video EEG monitoring and reduce the possible impact on patients during monitoring,it is necessary to summarize the possible adverse reactions during monitoring.
