摘　　要：原发性乳腺血管肉瘤是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤,目前临床病例报道较少。现报道1例原发性乳腺血管肉瘤的X射线和增强磁共振成像表现,同时简述磁共振成像的影像征象相关的病理基础,旨在加强医务人员对这一罕见疾病的影像学征象的认识。Primary breast angiosarcoma(PBA)is a rare malignant tumor,and few clinical cases have been reported.In this case,the mammographic and contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging of PBA were reported,and the relevant pathologic basis was also briefly introduced in order to enhance the clinicians’understanding of the imaging manifestations of this rare disease.
