摘　　要：延安整风运动前,面对广大党员干部党性修养不足与理论素养不高的状况,为肩负起领导抗战的历史重任,克服“本领恐慌”,改造党的不良作风,毛泽东指出必须切实在全党尤其是高级干部中加强理论学习教育。毛泽东认为,马列主义理论学习教育要以促进马克思主义的中国化为重要目标,注重调查研究,推进对中国历史的研究和学习,并以近代历史特别是中共党史为重点。通过致力于将马列主义基本原理运用于革命实践,做好顶层设计,发挥模范的引领作用,推动党风的全面改造。立足新时代,毛泽东鲜明的具有指导性的理论学习教育观,对当下的党风建设仍具有重要指导意义。Before the Yan'an rectification Movement,in the face of the lack of party spirit and theoretical literacy of the majority of Party members and cadres,in order to shoulder the historical responsibility of leading the war of resistance,overcome the panic of"ability",and reform the bad style of the Party,Mao Zedong pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen theoretical learning and education in the whole party,especially senior cadres.Mao Zedong believed that the study and education of Marxism-Leninism theory should aim at promoting the Sinification of Marxism,pay attention to investigation and research,promote the study and study of Chinese history,and focus on modern history,especilly the history of the CPC.By committing to applying the principles of Marxism-Leninism to revolutionary practice,we should do a good job in top-level design,play an exemplary leading role,and promote a comprehensive transformation of the Party style.Based on the new era,Mao Zedong's distinctive guiding theory of learning and education still has important guiding significance for the construction of the current party style.
