摘 要:目的:建立离子色谱—电导法测定紫菜中碘的方法。方法:样品经炭化、灰化处理后,离子色谱仪测定碘含量,并对方法进行特性实验。结果:方法检测范围为0.5~10mg/L碘,标准曲线的平均相关系数为0.9995,样品加标回收率为97.8%~99.9%,精密度(RSD,n=6)为0.33%~2.48%。与标准方法测定20份紫菜中碘含量检测的结果比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.76,P>0.05)。结论:应用离子色谱仪测定紫菜中碘的精密度准确度均较高,简单快捷、灵敏度高、污染小,适用于紫菜中总碘的测定。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of iodine in laver by ion chromatography withconductivity detec-tion.Methods:After the samples were carbonized and ashed,the iodine content was determined by ion chromatography.And the method characteristic experiments were carried out.Results:The detection range was O0.5~10 mg/L iodine,the average correla-tion coefficient of the standard curve was 0.9995,the recoveries of iodine standard addition to samples were 97.8%~99.9%(n=6).accuracy:the coefficient of variation(CV)were 0.33%~2.48%(n=6);there was no significant difference between the re-sults of 20 laver samples measured by two methods(t=0.396,P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of ion chromatography for the determination of iodine in laver has high precision and accuracy,simple and rapid,high sensitivity and little pollution.This method is suitable for the determination of total iodine in laver.
