摘　　要：研究了面向老年人的服务型机器人功能设计,从老年人需求出发,利用Kano模型收集、分析并量化数据,将老年人对服务型机器人的需求分类并排序,再结合QFD对机器人功能设计提出建议,并可为后续的迭代设计提供参考.This research focuses on the function design of service-oriented robots for senior people.Starting from the needs of the elderly,we used the Kano model to collect,analyze and quantify data,and classify and sort the needs of senior people for service-oriented robots.Combing with QFD,we proposed suggestions for robot function design to provide reference for subsequent iterations.
