体教融合背景下青少年足球人才培养模式研究--以洛阳市绿光足球俱乐部为例  

A Case Study on the Training Mode of Football Teenager Talents under the Background of Integration between Sports and Education--Luoyang Green Light Football Club as an Example

摘　　要：以洛阳市绿光足球俱乐部为例,从体能训练、文化素质、运行保障和师资配备等方面对青少年足球人才培养模式的相关问题进行探究.洛阳市绿光足球俱乐部坚持科学有效的训练原则,抓实技战术训练,并重视运动员在文化素质方面的培养,既保障运动员文化课的学习,又保障人才的专业性培养.研究发现,俱乐部存在训练方法缺乏创新、后备人才资源不足、教练员培训体系不完善等问题.鉴于此,应坚持走体教融合发展之路,多开展调研学习,适当扩大招生规模,挑选优秀足球人才.同时,注重教练员的专业培训,提高教练员一专多能的能力,以此促进青少年足球科学、合理、可持续发展.Taking Luoyang Green Light Football Club as an example,this research explores the related problems of football teenager talent training mode from the four aspects of physical training,cultural quality,club operation guarantee,and teacher allocation.The research shows that the club need to solve some problems such as lack of innovation in training methods,insufficient reserve talent resources,and imperfect training system of coaches.This research suggests that the club should adhere to integrated development of sports and education,carry out more research and study,appropriately expand the enrollment scale,and select excellent football talents.At the same time,the club should give attention to the professional training of coaches and improve their ability to be multi-skilled so as to promote the scientific,reasonable and sustainable development of youth football.
