摘　　要：结合新时期卫生健康事业发展需要及学科建设要求,回顾中国疼痛医学学科发展的历程,分析学科建设面临的挑战;提出中国疼痛医学需夯实基础,进一步完善疼痛医学学科建设,明确学科建设标准和规范,重视疼痛相关基础和临床应用研究,加强专业人才培养,推动学术共同体建设,不断探索新理论、新方法,审思前沿热点问题,增进多平台国际合作交流,建设具有中国特色的疼痛医学学科体系,为民除痛,高质量推进“健康中国”建设。Taking into account the evolving needs of the healthcare industry and the requirements for discipline construction,this study examines the development of pain medicine discipline in China,analyzes the challenges encountered in discipline construction and proposes measures to strengthen the foundation and further enhance the discipline construction of pain medicine.This includes establishing clear standards and norms,prioritizing pain-related basic and clinical research,fostering professional talent development,promoting the establishment of academic communities,exploring new theories and methodologies,addressing cutting-edge issues,enhancing international cooperation and exchanges across various platforms.The ultimate objective is to build a pain medicine discipline system that embodies Chinese characteristics,alleviate pain for individuals,and facilitate the high-quality development of a healthy China.
