摘　　要：木工五轴联动加工中心是近年来我国木工机械企业生产的标志性产品之一。文章介绍了木工五轴联动加工中心在灵活性、加工质量、加工效率和产品结构等方面的优势,并从家具制造、模具加工、木制品加工、建筑装饰等领域对其应用进行了阐述,指出其存在投入成本高、常用软件通用性差、操作难度高、除尘难度大、建模过程复杂、批量生产需要配套自动化技术等不足,并对其进一步的推广应用提出了建议。Woodworking five-axis linkage machining center is one of the iconic products produced by woodworking machinery enterprises in China in recent years.This paper introduces the advantages of woodworking five-axis linkage machining center in flexi⁃bility,processing quality,processing efficiency and product structure,and expounds its application in furniture manufacturing,mold processing,wood product processing,building decoration and other fields.The paper points out the shortcomings of woodworking fiveaxis linkage machining center,such as high investment cost,poor commonality of common software,high difficulty in operation,diffi⁃cult in dust removal,complex modeling process,and the need for supporting automation technology in mass production,and puts for⁃ward suggestions for its further popularization and application.
