摘  要:在输电线路带电作业时,为更好地判断各项安全距离以及选择适当的作业方法,就需要对横担与导线距离、导线与临相导线距离等关键数据实现精准测量。传统测量手段存在操作复杂、精度低、适应性差等问题,而激光3D扫描技术突破了传统点对点的测量模式,可达成传统测量手段难以实现的测量成果,为检修方案制定及物资准备提供坚实的数据支撑。During the live working on transmission lines,it is necessary to accurately measure the key distances between the cross arm and the wire,as well as the key distances between the wire and its adjacent-phase wire,in order to better determine the safety distances and select appropriate working methods.The traditional measurement methods present shortages such as complex operation,low accuracy and poor adaptability,while Laser 3D scanning technology breaks through the traditional point-to-point measurement mode and is available to achieve measurement results that are difficult of traditional measurement methods to reach,providing solid data support for the development of maintenance plans and material preparation.
