高职院校巡察工作存在的问题和对策研究

摘　　要：校内巡察是校党委推进全面从严治党的重要抓手,是夯实基层党组织党建工作的内在要求,也是高校各项事业健康发展的重要保障。近年来,各高职院校开展校内巡察工作已取得一定成效,但仍面临责任传导不够到位、巡察监督质效有待提升、巡察整改和成果运用不到位、队伍建设存在短板等问题。对此,建议提高政治站位,加强组织领导;健全工作机制,提升巡察监督质效;紧盯问题整改,做好巡察“后半篇文章”;强化巡察队伍建设,不断增强履职能力。Internal inspection,which is an important tool for the college Party committee to promote full and rigorous governance over the Party,is an inherent requirement for consolidating the Party building work of grassroots Party organizations and an important guarantee for promoting the healthy development of colleges.In recent years,higher vocational colleges have carried out internal inspection work and made some achievements,but there are still problems such as inadequate delegation of responsibility,low quality and ineffectiveness of inspection and supervision,insufficient rectification and application of inspection achievements,and shortcomings in team building.In this regard,it is recommended to enhance political stance and strengthen organizational leadership,improve the working mechanism,enhance the quality and efficiency of inspection and supervision,pay close attention to rectifying the problems and completing the second half of the inspection work,and strengthen the construction of inspection teams and continuously improve their abilities to perform their duties.
