摘 要:通过搭建以PLC控制为核心的气-液两相流动控制系统与装置来研究气-液两相流的溯源问题,装置使用LabVIEW软件实现系统过程的总体控制、数据采集和PID调节功能。汇流管口径为DN25,实现0.5~10 m^(3)/h流量范围的两相汇合,使用压力跟踪从而确保两相控制过程中的压力保持一致,并研究了装置的硬件和软件系统与通过LabVIEW的气-液两相流校准装置的PID数据采集和控制方式。By constructing a gas-liquid two-phase flow control system and device with PLC control as the core,the traceability problem of gasliquid two-phase flow is studied.The device uses LabVIEW software to achieve overall control,data acquisition,and PID adjustment functions of the system process.The piping diameter of the header was DN25,and the flow range for two-phase mixing was 0.5 to 10 m^(3)/h.Pressure tracking was used to ensure that the pressure remained consistent during the twophase control process.The hardware and software systems of the device were studied,as well as the PID data acquisition and control methods of the gas-liquid two-phase flow calibration device using LabVIEW.
