摘　　要：当前国际形势错综复杂、新冠后疫情影响严重,高校毕业生就业形势严峻。产教融合对于帮助大学生积累实践经验,提升职业认同,适应就业环境有着重要意义。在国家发改委、教育部深化产教融合改革的整体制度安排和指导下,湖北省在2021年正式建设培育产教融合型企业,对提高技术性人才培养质量,完善产教融合发展布局,提高高校毕业生就业竞争力起到促进作用。本文将从产教融合对高校应用创新型人才培养的重要意义入手,围绕就业市场人才需求、高校毕业生就业现状、精准就业对促进大学生就业的重要意义和产教融合视域下高校毕业生精准就业的路径展开论述,旨在实现校企间的精准对接,教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的完美匹配,帮助高校毕业生高质量就业。The current international situation is complex,the epidemic situation after COVID-19 has a serious impact,and the employment situation of college graduates is grim.The integration of industry and education is of great significance in helping college students accumulate practical experience,enhance professional identity,and adapt to the employment environment.Under the overall institutional arrangement and guidance of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Education in deepening the reform of industry education integration,Hubei Province officially constructs and cultivates industry education integrated enterprises in 2021,which plays a promoting role in improving the quality of technical talent training,improving the development layout of industry education integration,and enhancing the competitiveness of college graduates in employment.This article will start with the important significance of the integration of industry and education in cultivating innovative talents in universities,focusing on the demand for talents in the job market,the current employment situation of college graduates,the importance of precise employment in promoting college student employment,and the path of precise employment for college graduates from the perspective of industry and education integration.The aim is to achieve precise docking between schools and enterprises,perfect matching between the education chain,talent chain,industry chain,and innovation chain,Help college graduates find high-quality employment.
