摘 要:高校作为教育、科技、人才的集中交汇点,需要在碳达峰、碳中和这场广泛而深刻的系统性变革中发挥重要作用。建设碳中和校园是国内外密切关注的热点话题,基于利益相关者理论、全生命周期理论及碳足迹核算理论,高校有必要突破物理空间的限制,从产业链、价值链、生命周期链的广泛视角去看待和降低自身碳足迹。中国碳中和校园建设行动方兴未艾,但也面临评价体系不完善、核算方法不统一,“双碳”技术储备不足、人才供给短缺,碳排放管理机制不健全、校企合作深度不足等一系列挑战。研究认为,高校实现碳中和是一项分阶段的复杂的工程,亟需构建以政策驱动为助推、创新驱动为核心、机制驱动为引领、行为驱动为补充的多元协同驱动路径,以此降低高校的组织碳足迹和供应链碳足迹,推动高校的可持续发展。As the concentrated convergence point for education,science and technology,and talents,colleges and universities need to play an important role in this extensive and profound systemic change of carbon dioxide peaking and carbon neutrality.Building carbon-neutral campuses has been widely discussed.Based on the theory of stakeholders,the theory of life cycle approach,and the theory of carbon footprint accounting,it was necessary for colleges and universities to break through the limitation of physical space,and reduce their carbon footprint from the broad perspective of industrial chain,value chain,and life cycle chain.China's carbon-neutral campus construction was on the ascendant,but it also faced a series of challenges such as an imperfect evaluation system,inconsistent accounting methods,insufficient technical reserves,shortage of talent supply,inadequate carbon emission management mechanism and insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation.It was considered that the realization of carbon neutrality in colleges and universities would be a complex project in stages,and it should be urgent to construct a collaborative path with policy-driven,innovation-driven,mechanism-driven,and behavior-driven,so as to reduce the organizational carbon footprints and the supply chain carbon footprints of colleges and universities,and to promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities.
