摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔修复膜材料用于牙种植中引导骨再生中的价值。方法:选取我院口腔科2018年6月一2021年3月收治的90例牙种植患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=45例)和观察组(n=45例)。对照组使用钛膜,观察组予以海奥口腔修复膜引导骨再生。比较2组患者皮质骨厚度、种植骨的厚度;修复成功率、复发率;术后指标;不良反应。结果:观察组患者皮质骨厚度为(3.91±0.88)mm,种植骨的厚度为(3.43±0.65)mm相比对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者修复成功率为84.44%,高于对照组的64.44%,观察组患者复发率为4.44%,低于对照组的17.78%(t=4.731/4.050,P<0.05);观察组患者骨密度、植骨厚度、红细胞、血红蛋白、白细胞均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出现局灶感染、膜暴露、创口开裂、面部肿胀的总不良反应发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的17.78%(P<0.05)。结论:采用海奥口腔修复膜引导骨再生临床效果显著,有利于提升修复成功率,减少复发率,改善骨密度、植骨厚度、红细胞、血红蛋白、白细胞等指标,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广和应用。Objective:To explore the application of position guidance combined with micro root canal therapy in patients with dental pulp disease and its influence on the degree of coordination.Methods:90 patients with dental implants admitted to the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group(n=45 cases)and the observation group(n=45 cases).The control group was treated with titanium membrane,and the observation group was treated with Haiao oral repair membrane to guide bone regeneration.The thickness of cortical bone and implant bone were com-pared between the two groups;Repair success rate and recurrence rate;Postoperative indexes;Adverse reactions.Results:the cortical bone thickness(3.91±0.88)mm and the implant bone thickness(3.43±0.65)mm in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The success rate of repair in the observation group was 84.44% higher than 64.44% in the control group,and the recurrence rate in the observation group was 4.44% lower than 17.78% in the control group(t=4.731/4.050)(P<0.05).The bone mineral density,bone graft thickness,erythrocyte,hemoglobin and leukocyte in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of local infection,membrane exposure,wound dehiscence and facial swelling in the observation group was 4.44% lower than 17.78% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the clinical effect of using Haiao oral repair membrane to guide bone regeneration is significant,which is conducive to improving the success rate of repair,reducing the recurrence rate,improving bone mineral density,bone graft thickness,red blood cells,hemoglobin,white blood cells and other indicators,and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worth popularizing and applying.
