摘　　要：结合档案、书信、论文集、口述访谈等资料梳理了中国脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗检定规程制定的历史细节,考察了中国脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗检定规程制定过程中的国际交流与合作、技术来源与转移、本土化选择与创新,认为中国可以快速出台本土脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗检定规程,一方面因为中苏之间的科技协作促使中国进入全球化的脊髓灰质炎学术交流网络之中,获得了技术引进上的便利;另一方面因为中国科学家结合自身技术力量进行了本土化选择,确立出适宜的检定方法和标准。This article clarified the historical details of the development of the Chinese poliomyelitis attenuated live vaccine inspection procedure through the use of archives,letters,conference proceedings,oral interviews,and other sources,explored the International communication and cooperation,technology sources and transfer,localization selection and innovation in the process of developing Chinese regulations for the live poliovirus vaccine,argued that China swiftly established local regulations for live poliovirus vaccine due to two main factors.On the one hand,scientific and technological collaboration between China and the Soviet Union propelled China into the global academic exchange network of poliomyelitis,which gained convenience in technology introduction.On the other hand,Chinese scientific community made deliberate decisions and adjustments to localize the regulations according to China's specific technological capabilities,established appropriate methods and standards for quality control.
