摘　　要：采用目的抽样选取我国2个人类精子库10名工作人员作为研究对象,采用描述性质性研究进行半结构式访谈,对访谈结果进行主题分析,共提炼出一级主题5个:(1)男性肿瘤患者生育力保存现状不乐观;(2)信息因素影响男性肿瘤患者生育力保存;(3)经济因素影响男性肿瘤患者生育力保存;(4)治疗因素影响男性肿瘤患者生育力保存;(5)伦理因素影响男性肿瘤患者生育力保存。男性肿瘤患者生育力保存应当被重视。可从扩宽信息知晓渠道、减少患者费用负担、降低保存时间成本、促进伦理共识建立等方面出发推动其发展。Using purposive sampling,10 staff members from two human sperm banks in southwest and central China were selected as research objects.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with descriptive qualitative study,and the interview results were analyzed thematically.Five primary themes were extracted:(1)The current situation of fertility preservation of male tumor patients is not optimistic;(2)Information factors affect the fertility preservation of male tumor patients;(3)Economic factors affect fertility preservation in male tumor patients;(4)Treatment factors affect fertility preservation in male tumor patients;(5)Ethical factors affect fertility preservation in male tumor patients.This study suggests that attention should be paid to the preservation of fertility in male tumor patients.Initiatives to promote development could include broadening channels for information dissemination,reducing patient financial burdens,lowering the cost of preservation time,and fostering ethical consensus.
