案例研究方法在院校研究中的应用特征及规范

摘　　要：以中国院校研究案例辑及四大核心期刊上的案例研究论文为研究对象,从案例研究的特征及规范性两个维度构建分析框架,评估案例研究方法的应用现状,结果发现:案例研究方法的应用,体现了院校研究自我研究和管理研究的基本特征,案例研究主题分布不均匀、整体规范性不足,当前案例研究的规模与质量尚不足以形成系统的研究专题及院校研究理论。院校研究主体价值取向的二元矛盾、案例研究方法的复杂性以及院校研究共同体内部缺乏案例研究的统一标准及系统规划,是问题产生的主要原因。The study takes papers in the cases of Chinese Institutional Research and four core journals as the research object,and constructs the analysis framework from the characteristics and normative dimensions of case study to evaluate the application status of the case study method.It finds that self-research and management research as the basic characteristics of institutional research is reflected by the application of case study method;case study topics are not evenly distributed;some of the papers lacks normalization and there is still a gap between the amount and quality of current case studies and the goal of forming research topics and developing theories.It believes that the binary contradiction of the value orientation of institutional research subjects,the complexity of the case study methods and lack of uniform standards and systematic planning for case studies within the institutional research community are the main causes of the problems.The development direction of case study suitable for institutional research is put forward based on the above reasons.
