摘　　要：“习近平总书记关于工人阶级和工会工作的重要论述”是马克思主义工会学说中国化时代化的标志性成果,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的基本范畴之一。从话语形式上看,“重要论述”历经了由初始孕育—初步阐述—理论概括—创新发展—丰富拓展等五个发展阶段构成的完整演进链条,政党领袖的政治引领、科学理论体系化建构的现实需要、强烈的问题导向、“两个结合”方法论的运用是建构“重要论述”理论形态的实现机制。“重要论述”的政治建构不仅具有重大的政治意义,也具有标志性的学术意义,其所具有的内生性、交互性、建构性、功能性等原创性特质,对于构建中国工会自主知识体系具有重要的学理价值和现实意义。“Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the working class and trade union work”is a landmark achievement of the sinicization and modernization of Marxist trade union theory,and one of the basic categories of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.From the perspective of discourse form,the“important discourse”has undergone a complete evolutionary chain consisting of five stages:initial incubation,preliminary elaboration,formal proposal,further development,and iterative updating.The political guidance of party leaders,the practical needs of scientific theoretical system construction,a strong problem orientation,and the application of the“two combinations”methodology are the implementation mechanisms for constructing the theoretical form of the“important discourse”.The political construction of the“important discourse”is not only of great political significance,but also of landmark academic significance,and its original qualities such as endogenous,interactive,constructive and functional quality are of great doctrinal value and practical significance for the construction of an autonomous knowledge system of Chinese trade unions.
