摘　　要：电商平台信用支付对供应链协调发展具有十分重要的作用。为深入探究基于电商平台信用支付的供应链协调管理,通过使用模型构建方法对不同模式下的供应链协调决策进行分析,寻求市场竞争条件下,供应链整体利益最大化时,供应商和消费者所能提供的信用期限和订货期限的最优解。同时以模型数据信息为基础提出供应链协调管理优化建议,以期为电商平台稳定健康发展奠定良好的基础保障。Credit payment on e-commerce platforms plays a very important role in the coordinated development of the supply chain.In order to deeply explore supply chain coordination management based on credit payment on e-commerce platforms,this study mainly uses model building methods to conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain coordination decisions under different modes,seeking the optimal solution for the credit period and order period that suppliers and consumers can provide when maximizing the overall benefits of the supply chain under market competition conditions.At the same time,based on model data information,suggestions for optimization of supply chain coordination management are proposed,laying a good foundation for the stable and healthy development of e-commerce platforms.
