摘 要:职场是性骚扰最常发生的场所之一,职场性骚扰中的绝大部分受害者是女性。根据法国社会学家米歇尔·福柯的理论,职场中的性骚扰本质上是权力关系的体现,是父权制运作支配社会的一个缩影。基于福柯的知识—人体—权力理论,辅以其主体理论,分析职场性骚扰中的权力运行机制,并建立相应的模型以更清晰地阐释权力文化如何通过身体和性支配个人。要解决女性职场性骚扰,就需要唤醒女性的主体意识,解构男性文化对男性自身的“桎梏”,通过社会工作改善职场性骚扰干预效果,不断完善现行法律法规。The workplace is one of the most common places for sexual harassment,and the vast majority of victims of workplace sexual harassment are women.According to the theory of French sociologist Michel Foucault,sexual harassment in the workplace is essentially a manifestation of power relations and a microcosm of patriarchal control over society.Based on Foucault's knowledge-human-body power theory,supplemented by his subject theory,this paper analyzes the power operation mechanism in workplace sexual harassment and establishes corresponding models to more clearly explain how power culture dominates individuals through body and sex.To address sexual harassment in the workplace,it is necessary to awaken women's subjectivity,deconstruct the “shackles” of male culture on men themselves,and continuously improve existing laws and regulations.
