摘  要:针对常规PID在色氨酸蒸发温度控制系统中容易引起超调和震荡等问题,分析和研究了大林控制算法基本原理,设计和编写了基于大林算法的S7-300 PLC系统控制程序,通过仿真对大林和常规PID控制效果进行了比较。结果表明,采用大林算法控制器的蒸发系统收敛速度更快,超调量更小,温度控制效果更佳,具有一定的工程应用参考价值。Controlling the temperature of the evaporation chamber to maintain stability is the key to the normal operation of the tryptophan evaporation process.In this paper,the basic principles of Dahlin control algorithm were analyzed and studied,the S7-300 PLC system control program based on Dahlin algorithm was designed and written,and the control effect of Dahlin and conventional PID was analyzed by simulation.The results showed that compared with the conventional PID controller,the Dahlin control algorithm converges faster and the overshoot is smaller,and the control program has certain engineering application and promotion value.
