摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生的成人依恋与食物渴求之间的关系,并考察情绪调节困难在两者间的中介作用。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,以上海某高校的在校学生为被试,选用成人依恋量表、情绪调节困难量表、食物渴求特质问卷对682名大学生进行问卷调查。其中,男生194人(28.4%),女生488人(71.6%),平均年龄为21.2(2.3)岁。对收集的数据进行相关分析、回归分析及中介效应检验。结果:(1)大学生的依恋焦虑与食物渴求特质总分呈正相关,与情绪调节困难总分呈正相关。(2)依恋回避与食物渴求特质的正性结果预期维度呈负相关,情绪调节困难总分呈负相关。(3)情绪调节困难总分与食物渴求特质总分呈正相关。(4)情绪调节困难在依恋焦虑和食物渴求特质间起完全中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为61.4%,中介效应95%的置信区间为0.28~0.58。本研究结果为从情绪调节的视角发展干预策略以降低食物渴求提供了理论依据。结论:大学生依恋焦虑水平越高,情绪调节困难水平越高,依恋焦虑通过情绪调节困难间接影响食物渴求。Objective:To explore the relationship between adult attachment and food craving in college students,and to investigate the mediating role of emotional regulation difficulties.Methods:Using the method of convenience sampling,682 college students were investigated by the Adult Attachment Scale(AAS),the Difficulties in Emotional Regulation Scale(DERS),and the General Food Craving Questionnaire–Trait(GFCQ-T).Among them,there are 194 male students(28.4%)and 488 female students(71.6%),with an average age of 21.2(2.3)years old.The collected data were analyzed by correlation analysis,regression analysis,and mediation effect test.Results:(1)The attachment anxiety of college students was significantly positively correlated with the total score of food craving traits and emotional regulation difficulties;(2)there was a significant negative correlation between attachment avoidance and the expected dimension of food craving traits,and a significant negative correlation between the total score of emotional regulation difficulties;(3)the total score of emotional regulation difficulty was significantly positively correlated with food craving traits;(4)emotional regulation difficulties play a complete mediating role between attachment anxiety and food craving traits,with the mediating effect accounting for 61.4%of the total effect,and a 95%confidence interval of[0.28,0.58]for the mediating effect.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for developing intervention strategies to reduce food craving from the perspective of emotional regulation.Conclusion:The higher the level of attachment anxiety among college students,the higher the level of emotional regulation difficulty.Attachment anxiety indirectly affects food craving through emotional regulation difficulty.
