摘  要:编写乡村教育志书是认识乡村教育发展历程的重要路径。在全面提升基础教育质量及全面建设新农村的背景下,乡村教育志书具有记录乡村教育演变、积淀乡村校园文化、传承乡村社会文脉及推动乡村教育振兴等多重价值。当前乡村教育史志编写面临着者重视不足,表现为学者关注少、成果少,缺乏教育、历史、方志工作的合力等问题。应在乡村教育工作者,尤其是教育管理者的大力主推下,通过重新审视价值、精心组织人员、重视资料收集、科学拟定篇目、突出地方特色、遵循志书规范等路径,推动乡村教育志书编写。It is an important pathway for recognizing the developing history of rural education by compiling the rural chronicles of education.In the context of fully improving the quality of basic education and fully constructing the new countryside,the rural chronicles of education have shown multiple values in recording evolution of rural education,accumulating rural school culture,passing down the rural society context and reviving prosperity of rural education.At present,limited attention has been paid to compiling the rural chronicles of educational history,which appeared to be of little focus by scholars,fewer results,and lack of joint forces in education,history and records.Hence it should be mainly promoted with great strengths from rural education staff,especially education managing staff,in compiling the rural chronicles of education,by way of reviewing values,intensively organizing staff,appreciating material collection,formulating articles scientifically,highlighting local features,and complying with rules of chronicles.
