摘　　要：在实现科技期刊强国梦的新征程中,科技期刊青年编辑肩负着新的时代使命,其队伍建设至关重要。从科技期刊青年编辑自身出发,提出核心素养的五大自我修炼路径,即志存高远(职业理想)、坚定不移(政治素养)、薪火相传(职业情怀)、业精于勤(专业素养)、与时俱进(创新素养),以期为科技期刊青年编辑提供参考。In the new journey of boosting the country’s strength through sci-tech journals,it’s very important to build a highquality team of young editors for shouldering the mission of the new era.From the perspective of self-development of young editors of sci-tech journals,five self-cultivation paths for the key qualities are proposed as follows:1)aiming high as a professional personal;2)sticking firm to our original mission;3)passing inherited spirit from generation to gereation;4)enhance the professional quality;5)keep pace with the times.
