摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺区段切除改良手术对乳腺良性肿块患者术后疼痛持续时间、切口愈合、乳房美观度影响。方法选取2018年11月至2020年11月我院收治的86例乳腺良性肿块患者,随机分为观察组(43例)和对照组(43例),观察组患者实施乳腺区段切除改良手术进行治疗,对照组患者实施乳腺区段切除传统手术进行治疗。比较两组患者术后疼痛持续时间、切口愈合时间、乳房外形良好率及感染、血肿等并发症发生率。结果两组患者术后相关指标比较,观察组术后疼痛持续时间及切口愈合时间分别为(1.92±0.68)d、(2.78±0.41)d,均短于对照组术后疼痛持续时间(3.67±1.26)d、切口愈合时间(4.23±1.16)d(P<0.05);观察组乳房外形良好率88.37%显著高于对照组乳房外形良好率18.60%,观察组并发症发生率6.98%显著低于对照组并发症发生率23.26%(P<0.05)。结论改良后的乳腺区段切除手术治疗效果更加显著,能有效减少乳腺良性肿块患者术后疼痛持续时间、切口愈合时间及并发症发生,提高乳房美观度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of modified breast segmentectomy on postoperative pain duration,incision healing and breast aesthetics in patients with benign breast masses.Methods Eighty-six patients with benign breast tumor admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=43)and a control group(n=43).The patients in the observation group were treated with modified breast segmentectomy while those in the control group were treated with traditional breast segmentectomy.The duration of postoperative pain,incision healing time,rate of good breast shape,incidence rate of complications such as infection and hematoma were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative related indexes of the two groups showed that the duration of postoperative pain and incision healing time in the observation group were(1.92±0.68)d and(2.78±0.41)d,respectively,significantly lower than those in the control group were(3.67±1.26)d and(4.23±1.16)d,respectively(P<0.05).The rate of good breast shape and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group were 88.37%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(18.60%).The incidence rate of complications in observation group was 6.98%,which was significantly lower than that in control group(23.26%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified breast segmentectomy is more effective,which can effectively reduce the duration of postoperative pain,incision healing time and complications in patients with benign breast masses,and improve the aesthetics of the breast.It is worthy of being widely popularized in the clinical application.
