手用不锈钢K锉、PROTAPER与Mtwo的根管预备和填充效果对比

摘　　要：目的研究比较手用不锈钢K锉、PROTAPER与Mtwo的根管预备和填充效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年10月我院收治的89例需进行下颌磨牙根管治疗的患者为研究对象,共90颗患牙,按照随机数字表法分为三组:A组采用手用不锈钢K锉,B组采用PROTAPER机用Ni-Ti旋转系统,C组采用Mtwo机用Ni-Ti旋转系统进行根管预备、填充,每组30颗牙。对比三组患者根管预备时间、填充效果及并发症发生情况。结果B、C两组根管预备时间明显短于A组(P<0.05),B组与C组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);A、B、C三组患牙恰填数、超填数、成功率对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),A组欠填数高于其他两组(P<0.05);A组术中并发症发生率(20.00%)高于B组(4.76%)、C组(2.17%)(P<0.05),B、C组发生率对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论PROTAPER与Mtwo机用Ni-Ti旋转系统相较于手用不锈钢K锉可以更有效缩短根管预备时间,在保证填充效果的同时,减少并发症发生,有很好临床价值。Objective To study and compare the root canal preparation and filling effects of hand stainless steel K file,PROTAPER and Mtwo.Methods From June 2018 to October 2020,89 patients in our hospital who needed root canal treatment of mandibular molars were selected as the research objects,a total of 90 teeth were divided into three groups according to the random number table method:group A adopted Hand-use stainless steel K files,group B adopts Ni-Ti rotation system for PROTAPER machine,group C adopts Ni-Ti rotation system for Mtwo machine for root canal preparation and filling,each group has 30 teeth.The root canal preparation time,filling effect and complications of the three groups were compared.Results The root canal preparation time of groups B and C was significantly shorter than that of group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05);the number of teeth in groups A,B,and C was just filled,There was no significant difference in the number of overfills and success rates(P>0.05).The number of underfills in group A was higher than the other two groups(P<0.05);the intraoperative complication rate in group A(20.00%)was higher than that in group B(4.76%),group C(2.17%)(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of group B and C(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with manual stainless steel K files,the PROTAPER and Mtwo machine-use Ni-Ti rotating systems can more effectively shorten the root canal preparation time,while ensuring the filling effect,reducing complications,and has good clinical value.
