摘　　要：掘进机在煤矿巷道开掘工作中发挥着非常重要的作用,以EBZ260H掘进机为研究对象,对掘进机的主要技术特点和技术参数进行了分析。掘进机整体机构复杂,各机构之间协同配合实现设备的各项功能,重点对截割机构、行走机构和液压系统的情况进行了研究,行走部减速器与马达高度集成,驱动能力强、稳定性高。将EBZ260H掘进机应用到某煤层长度为1200m的高抽巷掘进工作中,发现整个掘进过程比较顺利,取得了非常好的效果,与传统炮掘工艺相比较,可以节省成本159.41万元。Roadheader plays a very important role in coal mine tunnel excavation,taking EBZ260H roadheader as the research object,the main technical characteristics and technical parameters of the roadheader are analysed.The overall mechanism of the roadheader is complex,and each mechanism cooperates with each other to achieve the functions of the equipment,focusing on the situation of the cutting mechanism,travelling mechanism and hydraulic system,and the travelling department reducer and motor are highly integrated,with strong driving ability and high stability.The EBZ260H roadheader is applied to a coal seam with a length of 1,200 m in the high extraction tunnel boring work,and it is found that the whole boring process is relatively smooth,and very good results have been achieved,and compared with the traditional gunning process,the cost of 159.41 million yuan can be saved.
