摘 要:通过实时监测采煤机牵引速度、负载及刮板输送机负载等实现刮板输送机与采煤机协同控制,具体采煤机牵引速度快时且刮板输送机负载呈增加趋势时适当增大刮板输送机运行速度,反之则适当降低运行速度。对协同控制使用的硬件设备结构及控制方式等进行分析。现场应用后,刮板输送机运行速度可随采煤机牵引速度改变而改变,在一定程度提高了刮板输送机运行效率。Co-operative control of scraper conveyor and coal mining machine is achieved by real-time monitoring of coal mining machine traction speed,load and scraper conveyor load,etc.When the traction speed of the specific coal mining machine is fast and the load of the scraper conveyor is on the increase,the running speed of the scraper conveyor is increased,and vice versa,the running speed is lowered appropriately.The structure of hardware equipment and control mode used for cooperative control are analysed.Afer the field application,the running speed of scraper conveyor can be changed with the change of traction speed of coal mining machine,which improves the running efficiency of scraper conveyor to a certain extent.
