摘 要:为明确剪力键和湿接缝类型对配置PBL剪力键钢-UHPC组合桥面板纵桥向受力性能的影响,设计制作了5个钢-UHPC组合桥面板纵桥向局部足尺模型试件,并进行了受拉静载试验,得到了名义拉应力-平均应变曲线、名义拉应力-最大裂缝宽度曲线。研究了组合板试件的裂缝发展过程、裂缝分布特征及裂缝宽度等试验现象,分析了试件的初裂强度、名义抗拉强度、开裂后刚度等静力性能指标。结果表明:相比配置栓钉的无缝和平缝钢-UHPC组合板试件,配置PBL剪力键的无缝和平缝组合板试件的裂缝宽度为0.05 mm时的名义抗拉强度略有提高,但配置PBL剪力键的试件开裂后刚度明显改善,其初裂强度仅分别比栓钉试件提高了3.6%和5.1%,名义抗拉强度仅分别提高了3.3%和10.0%,但开裂后的刚度分别提高了52.7%和63.2%;PBL矩形齿缝试件较平缝试具有更好的抗裂性能,其初裂强度、名义抗拉强度和开裂后刚度比平缝试件分别提高了55.3%,66.2%和53.3%;湿接缝类型采用矩形齿缝和增加接缝界面的配筋率可以明显改善接缝界面的抗裂性能,PBL矩形齿缝试件的内侧接缝截面比外侧齿缝截面的配筋率增加50%,内侧接缝截面的名义抗拉强度可提高61.2%;配置PBL剪力键的钢-UHPC桥面板较采用栓钉具有更好的综合抗拉性能。In order to determine the influence of shear connector and wet joint types on the longitudinal mechanical behavior of steel-UHPC composite bridge decks with PBL shear connector,5 full-scale model specimens of steel-UHPC composite bridge decks are designed and made,the curve of nominal tensile stressaverage strain and the curve of nominal tensile stress-maximum crack width are obtained.The crack development process,crack distribution and crack width of composite slab specimens are studied,and the static performance indicators are analyzed such as initial crack strength,nominal tensile strength and postcrack stiffness.The result shows that(1)Compared with the specimens with studs,the nominal tensile strength of the specimens with PBL shear connectors slightly increases when the crack width of the specimens is 0.05 mm,however,the specimens with PBL shear connectors show a significant improvement in stiffness after cracking.The initial crack strength and nominal tensile strength increas by 3.6%and 5.1%respectively,and by 3.3%and 10.0%respectively,however,the stiffness after cracking increases by 52.7%and 63.2%respectively.(2)The PBL specimen with rectangular slot has better crack resistance than that with flat slot,and its initial crack strength,nominal tensile strength and post-crack stiffness increase by 55.3%,66.2%and 53.3%respectively.(3)The crack resistance of the joint interface can be obviously improved by using rectangular slot and increasing the reinforcement ratio of the joint interface.The reinforcement ratio of the inner side of the joint section of the PBL specimen with rectangular slot is 50%higher than that of the outer side of the joint section,and the nominal tensile strength of the medial joint section can increase by 61.2%.(4)The UHPC bridge deck with PBL shear connectors has better comprehensive tensile performance than that with studs.
