摘　　要：本文引入创新生态系统理论构建了产学合作过程的整体分析框架,通过多案例研究方法,揭示了台湾地区技职院校产学合作过程中共生动力、共生路径和共生演化机制。研究发现:产学合作的动力来源于环境压力与院校知识基础的共同作用,产学合作共生路径需要经历“语义边界跨越”和“务实边界跨越”阶段,育成机制通过弥补创新过程中的“资源缺口”来“促发”产学合作,淘汰机制通过政、产、学三方互动将不适应环境的制度予以淘汰。研究结论在理论和实践上具有一定的启发和借鉴意义。This paper introduces the theory of innovation ecosystem to construct an overall analysis framework of the process of University-Industrycooperation(UIC),and reveals the main contents of dynamic,symbiotic and metabolic mechanism in the process of Taiwan's University-Industry cooperation through multi-case research methods.It is found that:(1)The driving force of UIC comes from the joint role of environmental change pressure and the knowledge base of universities,(2)the establishment of the symbiotic mechanism of UIC needs to go through the stages of"semantic boundary-crossing"and"pragmatic boundary-crossing",and(3)the incubation mechanism triggers University-Industry cooperation by making up for the"resource gap"in the process of innovation,finally,(4)the elimination mechanism will remove mechanism unfitting to the environment changes through the tripartite interaction among governments,industries and universities.The research conclusion has certain enlightenment and guiding significance to the scholars in the field of education and innovation and policy-makers of UIC.
