香砂六君子汤加味联合穴位贴敷治疗食管癌化疗患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究香砂六君子汤加味及穴位贴敷对食管癌化疗患者的作用效果。方法选取2020年8月至2022年8月在医院诊治的60例食管癌化疗患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各30例。对照组接受穴位贴敷治疗,观察组接受穴位贴敷联合香砂六君子汤加味治疗。比较两组干预前后癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、糖类抗原724(CA724)水平、生活质量及毒副作用发生情况。结果化疗前两组CEA、CA724、CA19-9水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),化疗后两组CEA、CA724、CA19-9水平均较化疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。化疗后,两组腹泻、口腔溃疡发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组便秘、恶心呕吐发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。化疗前,两组生活质量总分及各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),化疗后,两组生活质量总分及各维度评分均较化疗前降低,且观察组生活质量总分及各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤加味及穴位贴敷可降低食管癌化疗患者肿瘤标志物水平,减轻恶心呕吐等毒副作用,降低化疗对生活质量的影响。Objective To explore the effects of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction and acupoint application in patients with esophageal cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 patients with esophageal cancer chemotherapy from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group accepted acupoint application treatment,and the observation group accepted acupoint application and Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction.Carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),carbohydrate antigen 724(CA724),quality of life and toxic and side effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before chemotherapy,there was no statistical difference in CEA,CA724 and CA19-9(P>0.05).After chemotherapy,the levels of CEA,CA724 and CA19-9 were lower than before chemotherapy,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,there was no statistical difference between diarrhea and oral ulcer(P>0.05),but the incidence of constipation,nausea and vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before chemotherapy,the total score and the score of each dimension of the two groups were not statistical different(P>0.05).After chemotherapy,the total score of the quality of life and each dimension of the two groups were lower than before chemotherapy,and the total score and the scores of each dimension of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction and acupoint application can reduce the level of tumor markers of patients with esophageal cancer chemotherapy,reduce nausea and vomiting,reduce the impact of chemotherapy on quality of life.
