摘　　要：文章总结流体剪切应力在动脉粥样硬化中的作用机制,探讨“瘀热”理论与流体剪切应力在动脉粥样硬化方面的关系。“瘀热”之胶结在心血管疾病尤其是动脉粥样硬化辨治中具有其重要价值。血液流变学在动脉粥样硬化发生、发展及斑块破裂引发急性心血管事件中扮演了重要的角色,而流体剪切应力与中医“瘀热”的理论不谋而合。动脉粥样硬化致病特点及临床表现可以将其归于中医“脉痹”范畴。动脉粥样硬化斑块、血脂及血液黏度的增加是污秽的、非生理性之血,即是“瘀”,外感风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火之邪入里化热,或素体阴虚火热等临床表现为热证者,即是“热”“瘀”与“热”互相焦灼形成病理产物积聚血液、壅塞血脉即为“脉痹”。流体剪切应力相当于无形之“气”,气行则血行,气虚则血瘀,气逆则破血妄行,运用“瘀热”理论是研究流体剪切应力作用于动脉粥样硬化的中医理论基础。This paper summarizes the mechanism of fluid shear stress in atherosclerosis and discusses the relationship between the theory of stagnant-heat and fluid shear stress in atherosclerosis.The cementation of stasis-heat has important value in the differentiation and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,especially atherosclerosis.Hemorheology plays an important role in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis and acute cardiovascular events caused by plaque rupture,and fluid shear stress coincides with the theory of stagnant-heat in TCM medicine.The pathogenic characteristics and clinical manifestations of atherosclerosis can be attributed to the category of Maibi(脉痹)in TCM.The increase of atherosclerotic plaques,lipids and blood viscosity is dirty,non-physiological blood,that is,blood stasis.The evil of external wind,cold,heat,dampness,dryness,fire into the heat,or the clinical manifestations of Yin-deficiency(阴虚)and fire-heat are heat evidence,that is,heat.stasis and heat each other to form pathological products accumulation of blood,clogged blood is Maibi.Fluid shear stress is equivalent to invisible Qi(气),Qi movement leads to blood movement,Qi deficiency leads to blood stasis,Qi inversion leads to blood rupture and abnormal behavior,applying the theory of stagnantheat is the theoretical basis of TCM medicine to study the application of fluid shear stress to atherosclerosis.
