风市穴临床应用机理探析

摘　　要：风市穴尤善治疗内外风邪所致之病,但笔者从其解剖位置、所属经脉的特点发掘其治疗筋骨病的作用,基于脏腑联系及穴位属性探寻其治疗皮肤病以及五官科病证耳聋耳鸣的功效,联系脏腑别通论和董氏奇穴原理探讨风市穴治疗不寐证的依据。其中胆与肺联系密切,肺位最高且主治节,对胆腑有制约调节作用;同时胆又作为中正之官,性刚烈,与肝合为升降之枢,当肝气郁结,胆失疏泄,气郁化火,上犯肺脏,势必影响肺脏功能,故有胆肺同治一说。正因如此,胆经穴位风市穴适用于治疗与肺相关的疾病。风市穴的功效作用在古今文献中都有丰富的记载。在古代文献中对风市穴的应用多集中于下肢的痹证与皮肤瘙痒症,但随着现代临床试验研究的发展以及董氏奇穴理论的发展,逐渐论证通过单刺、穴位配伍、穴位注射、特殊的行针手法等方式用风市穴治疗耳聋耳鸣与不寐证是有其道理的。但是在本次研究中,笔者发现临床缺乏多中心、大样本研究风市穴功效的试验,对于风市穴针灸机制的研究也十分有限。总的来说,风市穴的应用范围已得到一定扩展,因其卓绝的临床疗效,仍值得我们进一步研究,提高治疗效果。文章深入挖掘寻找风市穴的适应证,以期为临床医生提供更多治疗思路。The Fengshi acupoint(GB31)is particularly good at treating diseases caused by internal and external wind pathogens,but the author explores its role in treating skeletal and muscle diseases from its anatomical position and the characteristics of its meridians,explores its efficacy in treating skin diseases and deafness and tinnitus caused by five facial diseases based on the viscera connection and acupoint attributes,and discusses the basis of the Fengshi acupoint in treating insomnia syndrome by connecting the general theory of viscera differentiation and DONG’s extra acupoint principle.Among them,there is a close relationship between gallbladder and lung.Lung restricts and regulates the gallbladder and viscera.At the same time,gallbladder and liver are the hub of ascending-descending.When the liver Qi(气)stagnation,gallbladder dysfunction,Qi depression into fire,invading the lung,it is bound to affect the lung function,so the gallbladder and lung should be treated simultaneously.For this reason,the Fengshi acupoint in the gallbladder meridian is suitable for the treatment of lung-related diseases.In ancient literature,the application of the Fengshi acupoint is mainly focused on arthralgia syndrome and skin pruritus of lower extremities.But with the development of modern clinical experimental research and DONG’s extra acupoint theory,it is gradually demonstrated that it is reasonable to use the Fengshi acupoint to treat deafness,tinnitus and insomnia by means of single acupuncture,acupoint compatibility,acupoint injection,special acupuncture manipulation and so on.However,in this study,the author found that there is a lack of multicenter,large sample the experiments to study the clinical efficacy of the Fengshi acupoint,and the research on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion at the Fengshi acupoint is also very limited.At present,the application scope of the Fengshi acupoint has been expanded to a certain extent,and because of good clinical effects,it is still worthy of our further in-depth study to
