摘  要:基于当前基础医学师资缺乏严重、师资结构日趋失衡的情况,高校应给予足够重视。高校应将本科教学作为根本任务,优化顶层设计,平衡教学与科研的关系,重构评价标准,开辟师资引进和培养新渠道。医学院校需紧紧围绕“新医科”建设要求,创新基础医学培养模式,探索学科交叉新架构,充实教学师资队伍,调动教师人才培养的积极性与创新性,为基础医学本科教学提质增效,为医学人才培养提供支撑。Based on the current lack of and the increasingly unbalanced teaching faculty of basic medicine,colleges and universities should pay enough attention to it.Colleges and universities should take undergraduate teaching as the fundamental task,optimize the top-level design,balance the relationship between teaching and scientific research,attach importance to the evaluation criteria,and open up new channels for the introduction and training of teachers.Medical colleges and universities should closely focus on the development requirements of"New Medicine"project,innovate the training mode of basic medicine,explore a new interdisciplinary framework,enrich the teaching staff,mobilize the enthusiasm and innovation of teachers talent,improve the quality and efficiency of basic medical undergraduate teaching,and provide support for medical talent training.
