医学院学生远程学习投入度与专业认同感和自我效能感的相关性研究

摘　　要：为深入了解医学院学生的远程学习投入度现状,以及其与专业认同感和自我效能感的相关性,采用远程学习投入度问卷对山东省某高校医学院313名护理学、口腔医学技术专业本科生进行问卷调查。研究表明,医学院学生的远程学习投入度、专业认同感、自我效能感均处于中等水平,可通过提升学生的专业认同感、自我效能感来提高学生的远程学习投入度。In order to understand the status of distance learning engagement of medical college students and its correlation with professional identity and self-efficacy,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 313 undergraduate students majoring in nursing and stomatology technology in a medical college of a university in Shandong Province by adopting the distance learning engagement questionnaire.The research shows that the distance learning engagement,professional identity and self-efficacy of medical college students are at a medium level,and the distance learning engagement of medical students can be improved by improving their professional identity and self-efficacy.
