摘　　要：选取许昌学院医学院2021级高职高专男护生32名,定期应用巴林特小组进行男护生职业认同系统教育,研究巴林特小组在培养高职高专男护生职业认同中的应用效果和教育模式,以提高男护生职业认同感和护生核心能力。32 male nursing students of grade 2021 in Medical College of Xuchang University were selected to participate in the research.Balint group was regularly applied to carry out systematic education of professional identity of male nursing students.The aim is to study the application effectiveness and education mode of Balint group in cultivating professional identity of male nursing students in higher vocational colleges,so as to improve the professional identity of male nursing students and the core competence of nursing students.
