摘 要:为探讨7E学习环模式在精神科本科护生临床带教中的应用效果,选取2022年8月—2023年5月在南宁市某三级甲等医院精神科进行临床实习的100名2019级护理本科生作为研究对象,其中2022年8—12月的50名护生作为对照组,采取常规的临床带教方式;2023年1—5月的50名护生作为试验组,采取基于7E学习环模式进行临床带教。两周实习结束后采用理论成绩、临床操作技能考试成绩、护士同情能力量表(CCSN)、护理学生完成能力量表(NSCI)对两组护生实施评价。实践表明,基于7E学习环模式的临床带教能提高精神科本科护生的出科理论、操作成绩,并提升其同情能力和完成能力。Exploring the application effect of the 7E-learning cycle model in clinical teaching of nursing undergraduates in psychiatry,1002019 nursing undergraduates who underwent clinical internships in a Grade A hospital in Nanning City(Capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region)from August 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects,with 50 nursing students from August to December 2022 serving as the control group and adopting conventional clinical teaching methods.From January to May 2023,50 nursing students served as the experimental group and underwent clinical teaching based on the 7E-learning cycle model.After the completion of the two-week internship,two groups of nursing students were evaluated with theoretical scores,clinical operational skills exam scores,Compassion Competence Scale for the Nurse(CCSN),and Nursing Student Competence Instrument(NSCI).Practice has shown that clinical teaching based on the 7E-learning cycle model can improve the theoretical and operational performance of psychiatric nursing undergraduates,as well as enhance their empathy and completion abilities.
