“增智”语言邦:智能语言乌托邦与敌托邦的平衡

摘　　要：人工智能时代,AI可以通过自然语言理解和语义语境算法分析等深度学习并运用人类语言。在人工智能的探索中,语言问题一直是核心领域之一。我们通常认为语言不仅是人类的思维工具,还是反观自身心智的媒介。智能语言伴生的“智慧”乌托邦,实现了人类的高效动能和行为示能。在诸多交流语境中,随着人工智能的出现,语言的主体发生了变化,当人工智能和自然人发生语言交互时,出现了人与工具二分或人机对立的思维方式,语言习惯不同造成交流隔阂等瓶颈和困境,也难以避免存在“失智”的敌托邦。唯有“增智”语言邦,才能让智能语言更好地服务于人类,促进人机关系的和谐发展。In the era of artificial intelligence,AI can deeply learn and use human language through natural language understanding and semantic context algorithm analysis.In the human exploration of artificial intelligence,the issue of language has always belonged to its core category.Usually language is not only the advanced behavior that distinguishes human beings from other animals,but also the thinking tool of human beings,as well as the window for human beings to reflect on their own minds.Intelligent language accompanies the utopia of“intelligence”,which realizes the efficient kinetic energy and behavioral manifestation of human beings.In many communication contexts,with the emergence of artificial intelligence,the subject of language has changed.When artificial intelligence and natural human language interacts,there is a dichotomy between human and tools or human-computer dichotomy way of thinking.Different language habits caused communication gap and other bottlenecks and dilemmas,and it is difficult to avoid the existence of the“dementia”of the enemy utopia.The only way to make intelligent language better serve human beings and promote the harmonious development of human-computer relationship is to“enhance intelligence”language state.
