摘 要:社会互构论认为政治社会化具备交互性、多元性、谐变性的基本特征。研究大学生政治社会化应从教化和内化的关系入手,明确互构过程中的多元主体,关注个人主体性的发挥机理。高校思想政治教育在多元联动方法论上存在与多元主体交互的广度和深度不足、利用新兴网络主体赋能的形式尚待发掘的问题,在个人主体性发挥路径方面存在尚未掌握内化规律、尚未充分利用反向型塑功能的问题,导致联动时出现主体单一、交互不足、谐变受阻。针对此,应在宏观层面充分拓展思想政治教育互动空间,探索校内和校外以及虚拟空间中多重场域联动育人功效;在微观层面关注受教育者内化过程,通过锚定“Z世代”的群体特质来制定思想政治教育内容,通过对话沟通建立良性“互构闭环”。The theory of social mutual-construction holds that political socialization has the basic characteristics of interactivity,pluralism and harmonic change.To study the political socialization of college students,we should start with the relationship between education and internalization,clarify the multiple subjects in the process of mutual construction,and pay attention to the mechanism of individual subjectivity.The ideological and political education in colleges and universities has problems such as insufficient breadth and depth of interaction with multiple subjects,unexplored forms of the utilization of emerging digital platforms for empowerment in the multi-linkage methodology,and lack of internalization rule and full use of reverse shaping function in the development path of individual subjectivity,resulting in single subject,insufficient interaction and blocked harmonic change in the linkage process.In view of this,at the macro level,the interactive space of ideological and political education should be expanded and the effect of multi-field linkage education in campus,off-campus and virtual space should be explored more.At the micro level,attention should be paid to the internalization process of the educated,ideological and political education content should be formulated by anchoring the group characteristics of "Generation Z",and "mutual construction closed loop" should be established through dialogue.
