摘　　要：以鹰嘴豆芽素A和六水合三氯化铬为原料,合成鹰嘴豆芽素A-铬金属配合物,并察反应时间对合成产率的影响,选用UV、IR等方法对鹰嘴豆芽素A-铬的结构进行表征。成功合成了鹰嘴豆芽素A-铬配合物,在所试验的反应时间内,反应时间为10 h时,其合成产率最高。结构表征结果初步显示鹰嘴豆芽素A是通过4位羰基和5位羟基与铬金属离子进行配位。本研究对维药鹰嘴豆的研究和开发提供了一定的指导意义。The synthesis of chickpea biochanin A-chromium metal complexes was carried out using chickpea biochanin A and chromium trichloride hexahydrate as raw materials.The effect of reaction time on the synthesis yield was investigated and UV and IR methods were chosen to characterize the structure of chickpea biochanin A-chromium.The structure of chickpea biochanin A-Cr complexes was successfully synthesized with the highest yield at the tested reaction time of 10 h.The results of the structural characterisation tentatively showed that chickpea biochanin A was coordinated to the chromium metal ion via the 4-position carbonyl and 5-position hydroxyl groups.This study provides some guidance for the research and development of the vitamin drug chickpea.
