小儿智力糖浆联合脑蛋白水解物治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察小儿智力糖浆联合脑蛋白水解物治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月济南市第二妇幼保健院接诊的脑瘫患儿86例,按照随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组各43例。2组均进行常规康复训练,对照组给予脑蛋白水解物口服液,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予小儿智力糖浆,2组均连续治疗1个月。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后高迁移率族蛋白B_(1)(HMGB_(1))、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平、脑血流灌注状态[平均血流速度(Vm)、脑动脉收缩期峰流速度(Vs)]、格赛尔发育量表(GDS)评分、盖泽尔儿童发育商评估量表(DQ)评分,以及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%(χ^(2)=4.074,P=0.044)。治疗1个月后,2组血清HMGB_(1)、NSE水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);2组Vm、Vs高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);2组GDS评分、DQ评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组不良反应总发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(4.65%vs.11.63%,χ^(2)=0.622,P=0.430)。结论小儿智力糖浆联合脑蛋白水解物治疗小儿脑瘫效果更理想,有助于改善脑瘫患儿病情,增强综合功能,促进机体发育,减少不良反应,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoer Zhili syrup combined with cerebroprotein hydrolysate in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 86 children with cerebral palsy admitted in the Second Children&Women′s Healthcare of Jinan City from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each group according to random drawing method.The two groups received routine rehabilitation training,the control group was given cerebroprotein hydrolysate,and the observation group was given Xiaoer Zhili syrup on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The two groups were treated continuously for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,including the levels of HMGB1,NSE,cerebral blood flow perfusion status(Vm,Vs),GDS score,DQ score before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group(χ^(2)=4.074,P=0.044).After 1 month of treatment,serum HMGB1 and NSE levels in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.01);Vm and Vs in 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.01).GDS scores and DQ scores in 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(4.65%vs.11.63%,χ^(2)=0.622,P=0.430).Conclusion Effect of Xiaoer Zhili syrup combined with cerebroprotein hydrolysate is more ideal in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy,which is helpful to improve the condition of children with cerebral palsy,enhance comprehensive function,promote body development,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life.
