摘 要:[目的]探究黏膜通透性相关因子CK8、S100、E-cadherin在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)中的表达,以期为UC的生物学研究提供新的方向。[方法]利用免疫组织化学的方法比较观察组(UC患者或DSS模型小鼠)与对照组(正常人或正常小鼠)间结肠组织中上述3种因子的表达差异。[结果]与对照组比较,观察组肠组织中CK8和E-cadherin表达降低,S100蛋白则升高。[结论]CK8、S100、E-cadherin通过影响肠黏膜通透性参与UC的发生及发展,从而有望成为UC治疗新的生物靶点。[Objective]This experiment investigated the expression of the above three factors in ulcera-tive colitis(UC),in order to provide a new direction for the biological research of UC.[Methods]The immu-nohistochemical method was used to compare the expression differences of the above three factors in colon tissues among different groups(UC patients and normal subjects,DSS model mice and normal mice).[Re-sults]The expression of CK8 and E-cadherin in the intestinal tissues of patients and model mice decreased,while the S100 protein was the opposite.[Conclusion]CK8,S1o0 and E-cadherin participate in the occur-rence and development of UC by affecting the permeability of the intestinal mucosa,and are therefore ex-pected to become new biological targets for the treatment of UC.
